 Forett at Bukit Timah is 2020's mega Freehold launch, with a site area of 360,130 sqft. It was bought by the Qingjian Group of Companies for S$610 million, translating to a land bid price of $1,100 psf ppr, the lowest Freehold land bid in Bukit Timah area.
